By accessing and using FreeTTS.online and its AI text-to-speech services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or voice interfaces.

Due to the instantaneous nature of digital character conversion and audio synthesis on FreeTTS.online, we enforce a strict No-Refund Policy. All purchases of Pro or Growth plans are final and non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. The following terms apply to cancellations: • Monthly Subscriptions: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be made. • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual plan, no refund will be issued for the prepaid period. However, auto-renewal for the following year will be disabled. You will continue to enjoy your full plan benefits until the 1-year prepaid period expires.

You own 100% of the copyrights of the audio files (MP3, WAV, etc.) generated using your submitted texts on FreeTTS.online. You are free to use these assets in YouTube automation, e-learning courses (Udemy, Teachable), podcasts, ads, and any other personal or commercial ventures without paying any royalties. FreeTTS claims no ownership over your generated audio.

Each plan is subject to a monthly character quota. Quotas reset at the end of each billing cycle; unused characters do not roll over to the next month. FreeTTS reserves the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform through automated scripts, scrapers, or other unfair methods.
